I am the Serve Team Director at MOCI. I lead outreach efforts that demonstrate the love of Christ through action. I oversee community initiatives such as food drives, back-to-school drives, fundraisers, and service projects locally, nationally, and internationally. I recruit and guide volunteers, build community partnerships, and ensure all outreach efforts align with our church’s mission to serve and impact lives.
I serve as the Media Team Director at MOCI. I lead the media team in creating and managing content that communicates our church’s vision with excellence. I oversee audio, visual, and digital platforms, ensuring services and events are captured and shared effectively both in-house and online. I recruit and train team members while ensuring all media efforts align with our mission and enhance the overall worship experience.
I serve as the Hospitality Director at MOCI. I lead the hospitality and guest services team to create a warm, welcoming, and excellent experience for every person who enters our church. I oversee greeting, seating, and guest engagement, ensuring visitors feel seen, valued, and connected. I recruit and train team members while ensuring all interactions reflect the love of Christ and align with our church’s mission.
I serve as the Care Team Director at MOCI. I lead the care team in providing support, compassion, and encouragement to individuals and families within our church. I oversee efforts such as prayer, follow-up, hospital visits, and outreach during times of need. I recruit and equip team members to serve with empathy and excellence, ensuring every person feels cared for and supported in alignment with our church’s mission.
We (Antonio & Toye) serve as the Marriage Ministry Directors (Covenant Keepers). We lead the marriage ministry by equipping and strengthening couples to build healthy, Christ-centered relationships. We oversee programs, events, and resources that support marriages at every stage, including enrichment sessions, small groups, and mentorship opportunities. We guide MOCI partners while ensuring all efforts align with our church’s mission to cultivate strong, thriving marriages.
I serve as the MOCI Nation Director (our online campus). I lead our online ministry by creating engaging and impactful digital experiences that help people connect, grow, and encounter God from anywhere. I oversee livestreams, online engagement, and digital outreach, ensuring our virtual community feels seen, valued, and connected. I recruit and equip team members while ensuring all online efforts align with our church’s mission and extend our reach beyond the walls.
I serve as the Young Adult Ministry Director. I lead the young adult ministry by creating a space where young adults can grow spiritually, build authentic relationships, and discover their purpose. I oversee gatherings, small groups, and events designed to engage and equip this generation. I recruit and develop leaders while ensuring all efforts align with our church’s mission to empower young adults to live boldly for Christ.
I am the Mega Minds Kids Ministry Director. I lead the children’s ministry by creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn about God and grow in their faith. I oversee curriculum, classrooms, and events that are age-appropriate and impactful. I recruit and train volunteers while ensuring all experiences align with our church’s mission to nurture and disciple the next generation.

Our deacons and armor bearers serve faithfully by supporting church leadership and helping meet the practical and spiritual needs of the ministry. They assist in maintaining order, unity, and excellence during services and events while being attentive to the needs of our Pastors, leadership and the congregation. They serve with humility, integrity, and a heart to protect, support, and advance the mission of the church.
